Thanks all for your comments. @Kensun, not sure exactly what you mean about the angle. It was taken from the 22nd floor from my office with a 400mm fitted with a x2 converter, so the construction site was some distance away.
You didn't get an in-challenge comment from me because I liked it. It has a feel of a documentary about it. This was one of my favorites. I gave it an 8.
Very nice work in B/W. Some great choices made by the photographer here in the comp. The rails at the bottom and top make for natural stop zones, keeping the viewer inside the boundaries. The diagonal beams add some tension. Doesn't hurt that the workers are on the diagonal also. Well done!
