This is a portrait of my brother David.. Today we walked through a slippery swamp of mud and sticks to get to a crooked flooded beach.. camera equipment in tote.. We laid a blacket on a semi dry spot on the riverbank.. He wasn't in the mood to pose.. a few shots to apease me.. we sat and listened to the river... watched a flock of birds fly many circles around a single tree.. found life in a pubble.. skipped a few rocks.. there have been many changes lately and many sharp ones ahead.. but some things never change..

This composition is so very cool. The skin is a little too pink for my taste (at least on my monitor), but that doesn't take away from this shot IMHO. Great stuff!
