 No fancy filters to get this look, just B&W with the infrared filter, some gentle curves manipulation and some sharpening in CS4 is all that was needed to produce what looks a bit like a pencil drawn image.

I absolutely love the composition and the color tone is perfect. Maybe it's just me but the contrast seems just a bit low.
