This was completely stupid of me. I had been playing with Topaz and was getting carried away and became aware that what I was doing in Topaz would be illegal. In being focused on not breaking the rules with Topaz, I completely overlooked that had managed to use a selection and the desat. in a way that was illegal. Dumb!
Disqualification Details
You may not use ANY editing tool to move, remove or duplicate any element of your photograph that would change a typical viewer's description of the photograph (aside from color), even if the tool is otherwise legal, and regardless of whether you intended the change when the photograph was taken.
