 This was taken at a wildlife refuge south of Philadelphia.

What a lovely little slice of wilderness right in the shadow of the big city! Love seeing those skyscrapers in the background, adds so much to the story of this image.

Great contrast between city and nature. I like how this image leads you from foreground right to the back.

The thumbnail really picks up on the texture of the yellow-green and draws attention to the impressionist aspects of this compositions. Nice to capture the people in such symmetrical poses within the boat. Repeating actual and implied horizontal lines give a nice rhythm.

great shot .. it looks so warm and summery .. we're in winter as from yesterday and its cold and overcast .. looking at this gave me a lift .. :)

Cool combination of things in this shot. It's good the way the water leads left to right, then up to the skyline in the BG.
