Just coming off to me as a snapshot, I'm afraid. The statue is slightly cut off at the bottom, and the red door draws my eye away from the grey statue. I think this one is also fighting the hard midday sun. That midday sun is the photographers enemy.
I actually find the door more interesting than the statue. The framing of the shot needs a little work so your intended subject is the main point of interest.
I hope people stop to look at this image more closely. I feel that the subject is not only the statue of St. George and the Dragon but of the building behind it as well. That it is also struggling to survive in the "urban jungle" that surrounds it.
