I didn't vote on this challenge, but read your post in the threads. I think the big thing that hurts this is the blown highlights. Other than that it still lacks the wow that the higher scoring shots have.
I do like the stalking walk of the kitty, and the intense look in the eyes. Just think the technicals needed work.
As far as kitty shots go, this one is pretty cool. Given the clarity and sharpness of the eyes though, I would have been inclined to crop in really tight, eliminating the background and thereby moving the point of interest up to a more comfortable placement within the composition.
