A female photographer walked into my scene about 9:00PM and stood very close to the splash of the huge wave in the area fenced with "Danger" warning sign. Although it's too far and noisy to talk to her, I could feel her passion at that moment.

this reminds me of a chilly summer morning up in glacier park. the sky is just perfect, i can almost feel the salty spray and the chill. excelllent photo
Outstanding photo. What I really like is the fact it was taken with an old out-dated(by DSLR standards today) 8mp Canon 20D. No offense intended. I just find it humorous especially on a site where people tend to go overboard looking for new technology to save/improve their photography instead of learning to master the old technology and the skills required to take a superb photo. IMO this is just as good as anything that could be taken with a 21mp 5D MKII if not better. Great timing, capture and PP.
Ohhhhhhhmy! I am in awe! And what a stroke of luck having the photographer appear in your scene. I think it turns this photo into the 7+ score that it received -- however -- I still think the vote your commenters gave you is much closer to what this photo deserves :) CONGRATULATIONS ! !
Really a gorgeous shot, my favorite for the challenge. The way the blues of the water seem to wrap the shore is awesome and the photographer on shore adds to the sense of size. Hope to see this one on the front page.
Dreamy and beautiful! The image and processing are perfection! So artistic! I love the addition of the photographer in the image. I am sure it speaks to all of us here at DPC. Should ribbon for sure!
