 The birds are Swallows that were zooming in and out of the abandoned structure.

Decreased Black clipping -4

Photoshop
Cloned out a sun beam that was in the lower left of the photo similar to the triangle further down the photo.
Used Clarity preset in Topaz, but toned it down a little and used some Denoise.
Boosted contrast
Selectively sharpened bits after resize

Great shot. Love the light and the birds really give it life. Very nice b&w conversion. Wish you'd post your processing steps.

Oh, I LOVE this. This is so the kind of shot I love to find - those birds just flitting in then out of the frame make this work for me. Nice use of the processing tool - not overdone.

Abandoned building are my very favorite subject. This one is very nice, the birds add just the smallest bit of whimsy.
