The photo was taken hand-held with natural window light illuminating the subject with an image stabilized lens. Editing consisted of increasing exposure +.2 and a slight adjustment to white balance to cool the whites.

I love the old feeling of this picture! It reminds me of what you'd find in an old Italian grandmother's basement! The lighting is perfect for the scene and I love the detail. The only thing I don't like is the black thing in the bottom left.
