I think that the background is overexposed... it seems to be the fence,,, but is difficult to see it...

Still Life - Inanimate object purposely arranged to emphasize texture, color and composition.

Nice thing here is that whole length of fence has same inclination as close-up detail - this could work to make graphical composition. No so nice is that whole fence is not that visible - darker or more contrasty would make it better.
