The singer is Bobby McFerrin. I've taken this picture on his concert in Budapest. It was the greatest miracle of my life! To watch and hear His talent was really amazing! The girl is somebody from the public, and they are singing together in this very moment. Two lights - two colors in one shot.

I enjoyed this picture very much. I got to sing with him last year when he conducted a concert of the Philadelphia Orchestra...course I was only one of about 2 billion people in the choir, but he was very entertaining and a marvelous conductor...especially in the choral works. Great shot! Thanks!
Good capture of the skin tones in a difficult lighting situation. The man's face has quite bright highlights but this is effective for this shot for at least two reasons:
A: It separates him from the dark background yet there is still good detail in his skin and hair. We can see the texture of his beard and dreds.
B: It places him as the main focal point. The star, so to speak.
Her face has much flattering lighting for a woman (except for perhaps the shiny spots on her nose) and the softer light puts her a bit more in the background despite their equal distance to the camera. Her hair is dark and blends invisibly into the background, placing her firmly in the secondary role of audience.
The soft beam of light makes an interesting connection between the two. Excellent! One of my earliest top picks!
I really like this, the lighting is great and it definately meets the challenge. The only thing I think distracts me is the white line that looks as if it's coming from her mouth.
The right face is very nice, good black and white contrast, nice expression! The left face misses this all and seems also a bit out of focus! But I guess you needed her for your second lightsource :)
I think the woman here is a distraction. Although without her, I guess you'd only have one light source. Even so, I think it would be more successful if you cropped her off and kept the rest of the image.
