As I've said before:
- her eyes look very strange
- white balance; to much orange
- composition; no idea what's with that metal pole
- you didn't consider the opportunity of advanced editing rules; so... get some photoshop tutorials and learn

The metal piece in the upper corner is distracting and her face looks a little too orange to me.

Whoa! This image makes me want to go calibrate my monitor. The skin tones are slightly on the orange-pumpkin side. I'll come back and look at this later. Maybe it's my eyes.

"Ok". Color temp seems too warm with heavy yellow/reds. She appears quite attractive and could have been better represented with more eye contact IMO. Lose the metal thingee.
