My eye is drawn to the bottom left corner because it is clearly in focus, while the inside of the ear isn't... a tight focus on the inside of the ear would improve this a lot!

This photo is in my top 10 favorites. I like your idea here.. this is nice. I do like black and whites... There are a few focus issues with this photo and I would like to see a little more contrast, but I'm still scoring this photo an 8. Good luck!
