just a simple 4 light glamorish portrait. Speedotron 22 inch softlight above and to the right a little. Strip light with yellow gel to warm it up as hairlight. Focus spot on the background and a fill to the left. In post I fixed blemishes and got rid of a monroe piercing(looks good in person not in the photograph) and i smoothed out the skin. i used alienskin's bokeh for the soft focus.

Nice model, good pose, and from what I can see, well shot overall. Using only 483 pixels on the long side versus 720 is really handicapping this entry.
