Shot at Eastshore Park near the entrance to the Berkeley Marina area, from the pedestrian bridge across the I-80 Freeway.
Made graduated mask to isolate midground and blur fore- and background, plus some manual blurring of dirt piles.
RGB and Blue/Yellow Curves to adjust colors.
USM to sharpen mid-ground and heighten contrast.

This seem full-sized with creative photography to me. If I'm wrong it's because there's nothing to change my sense of the scale here for comparison. It looks like a DNMC to me since I can't see it's miniature. Not voting.
