The words are brilliant, fit both the challenge and the photograph completely.......
The image is perfect for a motivational poster. Compliments the words exactly, well executed and the type of photo that is often seen on these.
In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:

Artistic viewpoint:7
Frame/borders:8
Appealence of the font: 5

Great processing, the lighting conditions of such a river shot are always difficult! The mossy green mood gives a sensation of a long time span, which works very well for integrity. Finally it's a fantastic composition you could use as a textbook example! But enough praise, I don't like your font :p
