this is a limb of the background tree in the red sticks pic. ... It was a fascinating tree, a dead oak that they festooned with plastic blue/green balls. It lasted for several years and then fell down completely. Now there is another tree on the property (Cornerstones) that has the trim, but I haven't taken pics of that one yet.
Processing? Unable to tell you. A little of this, lots of that. Probably Cartoon & one of the Adjust presets put on top in the same layer. Maybe twice.
