 I was about to click a pic of sunset at this beach. I could see a man walking by. So, I just waited for him to come in the frame, and captured him.

The uneven horizon, either intentional or not, is a major distraction for me in this photo. Maybe you did it to centre the sun more, which I don't think is right. Having the horizon straight, the sun in the top right corner, and the guy on the beach would ahve worked better.
Great phrase for the photo, which really works for this challenge

The tilted horizon is distracting.

Oh shame, a beautiful sunset, but your horizon is so tilted that the water will run off the picture.
