One of my ribbon picks - i like the different take on motivation with no one word being the main idea, good leading lines into the horizon and to the message.
In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity: 6
Quality of the photo: 10
Artistic viewpoint: 9
Frame/borders: 8
Appealence of the font: 7
Average: 8
A greta image and a good saying. in this case, i think it works that you have chosen a different layout to typical motivational posters. The colours in the image are very good, interesting without being overpowering, so very fitting for the challenge.
