Well I say this is above average for the technical side of it all.. Its perfect right out of the camera with the correct settings. I have enjoyed reading about all the details in your exif on your shots as well as viewing them..With that said enough browsing for me, I need to get back to these settings in my camera... :)

Yep - an unusual viewpoint for an adult! Nice leading lines that draw you into the subject. Good choice of colors as the red shirt and the red steps work well together. Composition, exposure and focus all spot on.
Good picture - like the bright, saturated primary colors and it's a great viewpoint. I think this could be a fantastic picture if it were cropped a lot tighter - like just outside his hands, and if it were in portrait instead of landscape format.
great shot. love the experession on the kid's face. the shirt color matching the ladder while the shorts match the ground is very effective. good luck!
