I don't know about this one... billions of processing steps. Among them Mystical Lighting, xero porcelain, Nik Efex bi-color filter, a bit of fractalius, of course.
The overlay is this:
rotated, moved and cropped - erased off of the face.
To me it has that ghostly sense. Like you wake up in the night and there is this adorable apparition glowing and smiling at you. I would NEVER think to use a flower. Smart one you are!!
wouldn't have thought of this either...very, interesting, just the white line near her face is a little distracting...but an excellent execution of elements
