I never said it wasn't a good image, nor do I disagree that voters generally like oft-repeated pretty pictures.

I'm going to go ahead and assume this has to do with mass consumption of plastic. Barbie to me represents an unusual conformity and distortion of humanity; a waste of plastic. So this one works for me.
