I love this image. It means something to me emotionally, the BW processing is flawless and the message in text (custom house / don't tread on me) is just perfect!!
This is a terrific image and one that should garner enough high votes to place well if not a ribbon. Very crisp and sharp including the excellant conversion to black & white - there is nothing wrong with this from a technical standpoint and artistically it hits the candid mark right on the nose. Well done.
PS: I was probably within three feet of the author when this was taken - I remember the flag waving and from what I remember, I was a little to the right and maybe about three feet back. What a terrific shot.
