I like the emphasis on the payphone... The person is secondary and illustrates the countless people who have spoken with countless others on the other lines talking about countless different things.
The sense of "moment" is present in this image and the obvious character being captured carries some visual impact. Technically speaking, rating is a problem because while the author's intent is clear, the lack of facial detail and rather excessive background is a negative. From an artistic standpoint, it lacks impact. A worthy entry into the challenge just lacking that something special to make it stand out.
i liked this when i first saw it, dont quite know what, but theres something. the way the hand is relaxing there, maybe because it hides hes face, making it unusual. or the few colors, blue reapeating etc. nice i like it
