I like the tipped horizon line. The black seems kinda light- twilight? It's bleached out the red of the tailights some.

I would have cropped this a little tighter around the track - the sky adds nothing (I know the closest pole would have been cropped too, but it would be worth it for the car lights being more of the subject).
