Great use of DOF. I wouldn't have taken a bite out of the apple, but maybe it was just before dinner or something and you couldn't wait. This is one of the better shots this week IMO. Good Luck - Inspzil
The medicine bottles are a little too out of focus. llike the browning to the apple, good effect. Sharper medical bottles would have been a 7 but can't possible give nore than a 5 to 5.5 as it is. Better luck next time.
why are the bottles fuzzy? Just kidding, good dof. Well done. p.s. to keep apples from getting brown while you get the perfect shot, dip in lemon juice.
challenge -- met technical -- great lighting and color on the apple, wonderful black background. composition -- taking a bite of the apple was a nice touch ... not too thrilled that that bit of the apple is already going brown (i'm guessing you took a lot of photos to get this shot just right :) i like the medication in the background being blurry, just wondering if you have another shot where the containers are just a touch less blurry and how that worked. overall good shot :) -- gr8photos
