Hey, I rode on that ferris wheel a week after this picture! It was right after a friend of mine got his Coolpix 8700, and he surprised me one evening by taking me to this parking lot "fair" and all I could think was "why didn't you bring your camera, dummy?!!?!" :) Nice picture.

Summertime! Ah, the visions of my childhood. :) I love the motion in this one. Great exposure, great choice of foreground element in the cottoncandy/funnel cake stand. 9

Great color in the blurred ferris wheel. Nice focus on the foreground subject and the colors echo the wheel. A really fun and effective use of blurring. One of my top picks. Good luck!

Great shot. That looks so familiar. You didn't take this shot in Staunton, VA did you? (as if carnivals didn't travel)

This photo gives a feel of a fair at night...the bright lights, junk food, screams of the riders...

Boy, that ferris wheel looks familiar...

I love the shot myself, but those being very particular about the interpretation of the challenge instructions given might not feel so inclined. Hope you do well.

Fascinating wheel...I can't wait to hear what your camera settings were. Good clarity...my eyes are drawn diagonally in the photo.
