More a image of lighting than a creative use of lighting. It's hard to rate this because of it's nature. The lighting exhibited here has a heavy post processed feel to it that is not natural. The subject has some rather interesting features that may, or may not, be a product of indirect lighting. Benefit of the doubt to the author.
I'm not sure if you cranked down the saturation on purpose, but one of the best things about waking up for sunrise is the awesome colors it produces around you!
