On the Pacific Coast this morning. Subject matter may be cormorants, but blue predominates. If I wasn't shooting for all the blue, I might have cropped this differently. (Or tossed it)

Lovely blue sea. Windy? The gulls' feathers look ruffled but the cormorants' don't. Different feathers I guess.
