A tighter crop and better focus could have improved this, but it's a very nice photo.

Great sky and subject. both powerfull and balanced in tone. I wish the buildings had a bit more of the frame, but I assume there was a good reason you couldn't go lower, top ten, but could have been higher.

Yes, I do like the way that red neon sign reflects the colour of the light on the clouds in the sky.

Fabulous foto!! really like the colors, in my opinion i just think the sky on the right should be more focus, or should have less noise but nice picture definitly! keep it up!
