 30 seconds exposure with me 40D and my trusty blue L.E.D. Add a mask from Halloween and a glass of whine i was enjoying anyway and you got a picture!

Imaginative and clever, this image clearly meets the challenge criteria. Having said that, there is something missing it's just not clear what it is to make this a truly outstanding image. It may be that the left side curve is cut off or that the light bloom is slightly over the edge near the lip of the glass, but it just not quite there to make it a ribbon contender. A top twenty image certainly.
