Pushing the envelop of "fitness" pretty far IMHO, but I'm trying to keep an open mind and I do really like the shot.

Hmmm, I don't think this would speak to fitness if not for the title. I like high-key lighting, but the edges of this just disappear and I think it might be a little too strong in this shot.

Over use of white space at the top of the image is a minor flaw and could have been cropped out giving the subject more impact. As it is, a good effort and a good composition.
