Amazing how one day in Minnesota can be bright and sunny, the next day, rain and snow totally changes the texture of everything! Golf carts, brand new for the 2009 season, sport the textures of canvas bag covers, shiny windshields, leather grain seats...the next day, the texture is cold and hard, coated with frozen rain then sprinkled with light fluffy snow. Why do we live here?

Subtle color cast and the very hard to capture whites. A slight crop of the left cutting out the background would have enhanced this image. The linear aspects of the cart frames combined with the variable shape of the snow work well. A good solid effort meeting the specification of the challenge.
