Good shot. Good focus. I would move the small leaf next to the penny. The penny is the subject, it should taken up more real estate. Maybe even a different angle.

The leaves look nice...but far too contrived and forced, in this particular photo.

The penny seems to be lost in all the other stuff here.Placing the penny ON one of the leaves and then a closer/tighter shot of the leaf and the penny with the bricks as a frame would work better---just my view.
