So wish this was an Advanced Editing challenge, wish to clone out those little spots. I suppose many people will expect to vote higher on shots that appeared to be taken outside and don't want to see a challenge full of still life. For some it might've been easier to step outside. Sorry, it's been a long winter here. Technically this is part of plant life also.

I did shoot the flowers in whole before deciding to move in for more detail, I also wanted something for a portait orientation print.
Used one 100w light diffused with a white piece of paper , placed very close to the flower, just enough to be out of the frame. And a shiny white material as reflector below.

Rich detail and effective use of DOF, but it suffers from the top and side cut off. Might have done better to back off and work with the entire flower keeping the detail and DOF.
