I shot this for the "1 Second Exposure" challenge but I wasn't able to enter it. I had no time for a proper FS shot, so I'm submitting this image. It's actually a remake of my "Before and After II" challenge entry :)

This is a great photo - the overall mood is suggestive of moonlight and in some ways is very romantic. The building in the background is somewhat annoying if only because it's in focus and the stairs along the top distract and blink the eyes - it seems out of focus even if it isn't. Not perfect, but very well done.
