 I wanted to create a sort of "heavenly" blissful look for this picture, hence the title. I changed the sky to a darker blue and added the Orton effect in Photoshop Elements to create that "blissful" appearance.

nice idea, but i don't think it works too well. maybe if you'd found a better set of steps? the softness is ok, but that lightpole just kills it.

I love the dreamy look to this, only thing I would have done differently was to get rid of the light pole, but I still really like it! 8
