I kept looking at my XM radio all week. Every time a new song came on I would look at the title and say could I make that a Photo? My first choice was to use Guerrilla radio by Rage against the Machine but I thought that I would never come across a gorilla holding a radio............So I decided instead to go with Motorhead's "The Ace of Spades". Partly because I wanted to try a Bokeh shot and partly because I wanted to shoot cards in some way.
Shot indoors with natural lighting from the windows and front door being open since I am too poor to afford any kind of lighting gadgets! The Ace was sat up higher than the rest of the cards on 2 small bottles. I just hope the extra picky voters won't penalize my for having the upper left corner of the blurred cards too dark. I left it that way because I thought the darkness from the lower blurred face card really brings out the "A" in the upper left corner of the Ace while the bent lower right corner draws your eye's back to the other "A". I thought it flowed nicely but I guess I'll see what everyone else thinks.
