A prisoner look on your model would add more tention to this. Maybe not the cliche black and white stripes, but since she is behind some bars then something more should be done. Thats my oppinion.
Her blurred hand in the foreground is a touch distracting. I wish there were more tonal range. Perhaps playing with curves and/or levels might achieve that. As is, only her eyes have much variation in grey scale.
