 The Liège waffle is the only not very visible thing here. Put some ice on it, fresh strawberries, peach sauce and some rasped chocolate.

Had to hurry with this photo because of the ice

Another delicious photo. I think the key to these photos is how you make them pop and get the white balance just right.

Maybe you weren't quick enough. It's very hard, getting the texture right on food. I think the sorbet's gone a bit glossy - maybe the lighting's too harsh for it as well. The chocolate is perfect and the fruit looks juicy and tasty, so you got those bits right :)
