This was a wonderful fellow at Disney's Animal Kingdom. (Actually I have no clue whether this is a male or female so we are going to just pretend it's a male until I learn otherwise.)
This llama was running around the fenced in area and was putting on a show for everyone. He ran down to one end, stopped, and then bent his neck backwards. He's a very flexible dude. (I think he was showing off for a woman down at that end). Then he ran along the fence to where I was standing and would cock his head to one side as he ran past me. (I'm thinking that I was not as appealing as the young blond woman at the other end hehe.) I'm guessing he was looking for some snacks from the audience because he was quite entertaining!

Oh Michelle!!! I have always had such a thing for Llamas. They are one of my favorite animals, but I don't think I have ever seen a photo of one that I liked better! This just ooozes with interest and personality. A PERFECT title! I think if it were me handing out ribbons. . .this one just may have very well gotten one! Its going straight to my favorites.
Great shot. Lighting could not have been better! His ear hairs positively glow. Good and sharp focus as well. Best of all, he really does seem to be smiling right at you. "Mr. Personality" he is!
OMG OMG michelle ... !!!!
this is such a riot .. those animals do seem so full of personality ..
killer shot .. the focus and everything totally spot on . considering the difficulties you must'v been taking this under, i dont think if he'd posed for you and stayed still for minutes at a time that you could'v got a better shot .. congrats .... this is totally brilliant .. :)
