Abstract motion ok, I would have cropped it tighter, less yellow, it's a bit distracting. Composition: the red/blue/yellow spots are almost equal in width. I would have looked much more interesting if you had draw the line at the white flare.
Like the primary colors and blur. Not sure about the horizontal line running through the bottom third of the image. A few passes with Neat Image would take the grain out and improve the image, imo, 7
