Concept and composition are very good. Somehow, though, I'm left with more of a feel of out-of-focus rather than motion.

Telling your audience what your abstract is in an abstract challenge, probably wasn't the best idea. I would also suggest cleaning whatever surface you are using, as visible dust is going to kill a score every time.
