Not only a great picture with amazing lighting, B&W and water, but also that's actually pretty HOT!

This reminds me of my husband who takes the longest showers ever and just lets the water wash his day away. Love it. Of course I have to add it's probably one of the most sexy pictures I have seen but that is besides the point :)

glad to see this on the home page of DPC.

This was my choice for blue as soon as I saw it. Congrats!
Post actions
Congratulations, Jeff! Gave it a 10 during voting, so full of emotion. Wonderful!
Post actions
nice work here - especially in a one second exposure challenge. pushing the boundries with the use of a 1/5000th +/- second light source, and still taking the blue.
Post actions
Just realised this is a self-portrait - all the more impressive for it, too.
Post actions
How cool is THAT! Way to GO! This is one image where the flash makes this so wonderfully extraordinary! Congratulations and kudos for earning a well-deserved top spot!

Hairy old Marine in the shower. Oh, that's .... just terrific. Brings a whole new horror to the DPC Water Drop genre. And don't even mention the flash.
Post actions
Congrats!!! This is AMAZING! But what's more amazing is someone gave you a (2 )??!!??
Post actions
Ooooo WONDERFUL!! A big congrats to you my buddy and team mate!!! Great picture!!!
Post actions
Way to think outside of the box. Last time I checked a 1 second exposure is a 1 second exposure even if you use a flash.
Post actions
Congratulations!!!! Moving right on up, I see :)
Post actions
Excellent image...congratulations...I made the first comment and predicted your victory - so aren't I a clever boy???
Post actions
I'm guessing water moves more than that in a second, but what do I know? :-) I told Todd he's the new timfythetoo, which apparently makes you the new Irene. Congrats - and start racking them up! (Ribbons, that is.)
Post actions
Awesome shot, really, and congrats to the ribbon! This must be the king of all shoehorns - I'm amazed - DPC'er are usually really anal about the challenge objective and their voting principles. (Come on, such a dominant flash defeats the 1s exposure...)

This is such a great image. Was it taken in low light with a strobe to stop the motion in the water?
Post actions
Congratulations. This is a super shot. Love the way the water drops just hang to your face. Great idea for a one second exposure.
Post actions
WAY to GO, Jeff! 3 Cheers! YAY! ...ok, just one cheer. I'm winded. :)
Post actions
Great shot! Wonderful idea to make this one black and white. :)
