I see the rain and the clouds - they are almost abstract - I came back to this one because I wasn't sure about it at first, but I rather like the idea you had here.
Great job with the motion, this reminds me of the old saying, red sky at night sailors delight, and red sky in morning sailors warning. (This looks like morning to me!)
It certainly gives the impression of a big, big storm. Didn't know at first if I liked the pink color, but looking at it a bit longer, they bother me less and less. Interesting take on the contest.
