 Kept it simple after my DQ, still not sure exactly WHAT I was DQ'd for, I can only think it was for a duplicate layer instead of adjustment layer, even though it was in normal mode..

I think this one is the best of the plasma ball shots in this challenge. (I took a plasma ball shot myself).

Seems like you used an extra light on the right to lit your subject, but your subject should be the light source.

I like this very much, although you might have cloned out the little beige and white at the bottom right of the orb - my eye went right to it and it distracts from the overall impact of the image - to me that is.
