I'm not quite getting what I'm looking at, but I'm sure that guy is doing the pee-pee dance. Ya know the one? It's when you have to go really, really bad and there's just no where to go. He's pushing his butt cheeks together and hopping foot to foot trying so hard not to pee himself!

Yes! I love the human element. It adds story to the blur. And he looks like he is from another era, so it adds a touch of nostalgia to the art. Nice job!
