These are very interesting boats. Is this a South Pacific island? Nice sunrise/set. I like the blue tone on top.

I like the muted colors of this and there is just enough color in the sky to add interest. It gives it a very calm, relaxing feeling.

I like this, I don't know if the horizon is clouds or islands or some combination of both. The silhouettes of boats is a nice touch.

amazing colors the tones in the sky kick butt

Beautiful scene. I think I would prefer it without the palm tree.

Very nice in many ways. Would have been a bit better had you dropped onto one knee. That would have pulled the boats a bit further away from the middle and prevented the interference with the line of boats.

Palm trees, sunrise/set and ocean - a winning combination for me.

Wonderful color capture, but the palm tree is more of a distraction than an element of interest. I think that I would have shot this one with out it in the foreground.

As part of the new administration's budget cuts, the US Navy will be setting the example by "restructuring" and "right sizing" the pacific fleet.

Lovely colors, but this feels over sharpened with noticeable artifacts on the clouds in the horizon. A very soothing seen indeed!

nice skies, great composition, but i would crop a little more from the bottom to get rid of the beach showing in the bottom right corner.

gorgeous ... I can hear the waves gently breaking on the shore, I can feel the warm sand in my toes and can taste my pina colada!
Post actions
Very pretty and the palm adds to the picture nicely.
