Too shallow DoF. Also the viewer is confused about where exactly to look at

Not bad, although I would like to see a wider depth of field (raising the number of your aperture and keeping the exposure the same)... 5

Interesting shot... I like the DOF, but the colours in the shot seem dreary.

Nothing in this really feels sharp to me, it's a cool subject though.

I can't really figure out what's going on with the colors here, but I like it a lot. The orange really jumps our and grabs me. I love how it's reflected off of the water in all kinds of little spots. The plants are fascinating just by themselves, and the shallow DOF really emphasizes the little flowers.

More blur than focus. Interesting orange where there doesn't seem to be a reason for it.

It's a very intriguing picture, but I think the DOP is a little too shallow for my tastes. If you had to work with this DOP, you might be better off focusing on the near flowers and letting the shot fade off. The upper right corner with the orange and white draws your eyes, but there's not much for them when they get there. perhaps burn it out a bit or crop it out?

Back to comment: I'm not a huge fan of out of focus foregrounds but it works for this image. However, I do find my eye constantly drawn to the orange blob towards the upper right. It is so close to the flower that is at the rule of thirds that it keeps getting in the way of the main focal point.

IMO I would prefer to have the sharp focus in the lower side of this photo...it is distracting to have the blurred then clear focus then the blurred...like the colors and tones although

I like how the setting of the city is suggested. It's rare that you see a picture that really looks so good without a really clearly defined single subject. Nicely done.
